Heather Kaeser, Owner and CEO








Graduating with her Masters in Science from The University of Memphis, Mrs. Kaeser started at the family owned business Nightingale as the VP in 1996. She became the CEO in 2010, where she continues to serves the whole state of Georgia in homecare, infusion, and pharmacy.

Cathy Tully, Human Resources Director










Mrs. Tully has a Bachelors of Arts in Organizational Leadership from LaGrange College and a Masters of Business Administration in Human Resources Management from Columbia Southern University. She has been working in Human Resources since 1991, but started her journey at Nightingale in 2021. 








Karen Wheelock, Payroll Director 

Mrs. Wheelock received her Bachelor’s in Business Administration from Boston University and her Master’s in Healthcare Business Administration from South University in Savannah Georgia. When starting at Nightingale in 2020 she brought over 20 years of payroll experience. 




Lynn Smith, Payroll Director 










Lynn Smith started with Nightingale Services in 2018 as the payroll director. She works on processing the payroll, new hires, and terminations. Her goal is to assist employees so they can be successful in doing their job at Nightingale. 




David Brown, Director of Sales

Mr. Brown has a Masters in Education from Walden University and a Bachelors in Business Organizational Management from Covenant College. With years of experience in teaching, coaching, and sales, Mr. Brown also served in the United States Army Presidential Honor Guard from 1986-1987. David Brown joined the team at Nightingale in 2022 as the Director of Sales. He helps develop the business in area that include pharmacy, clients, and caregivers.
